When doing a custom quest, can we offer random loot (specific items)? Haven't seen anything written about it.. thanks
there are several keywords that can be used to generate random values. The
RND,min,max
RNDLIST,int1[,int2,....]
RNDSTRLIST,val1[,val2,....]
If you wanted to give out automatic rewards that were randomized, you could do things like
questholder/...../rewardstring/{RNDSTRLIST,platehelm,longsword}
which would assign the rewardstring one of the two string values listed.
questholder/.../rewardstring/bankcheck,{RNDLIST,1000,1500,10000}
would assign the rewardstring a bankcheck that had one of the three values.
edit: Page by page somewhat works if you go back and edit it each time, but you can't paste from the book more than 1 page....
hit a small snag.. everytime I try and paste to the book it cuts off everything I'm trying to put in it, if it goes over 1 page...

that's my reward line...it puts
GIVE/{RNDSTRLIST,<monsterstatuette/name/A Reward for Slaying yrmheart/type/daemon>,<monsterstatuette/name/A Reward for Slaying Wyrmheart/type/lich>,<
so it's not working because obviously it's invalid and not closed....
something I'm doing wrong?
