So I've been having problems with spawns in various locations having a very strange elevation issue. The mobiles appear to be half underground, though in some areas they can move despite this.
Additionally, doing a teleport to that location using [xmlgo puts me at that same elevation, though unable to move.
Has anyone encountered this before?
are you sure that the .muls for the client and server are patched to the same level?
I'm currently patched up to 5.9.0.1.
Interesting though, I've found that if I open the spawner gump and click goto, it corrects the problem. (though the spawned mobiles are still in the same state even after a reset.)
edit 12:34pm CST:
when the mobiles move around the effect goes away. When they're stationary, the tile they're occupying appears "over top" of the mobile itself.
Also interesting, and leading me to believe its not XMLSpawner related is that a normal [add of a mobile leads to the same effect in these areas.

Heh, its funny that you posted that, I started testing between RC and SVN about 15 minutes ago and found out that in RC this problem doesn't occur.
